As we grow, we’re looking for a persuasive and target-driven Digital Telesales & Lead Generation Representative who excels at connecting with people over the phone, generating high-quality leads, and closing deals — all while thriving in a commission-based environment.


What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound cold calls or emails to targeted businesses in hospitality, tourism, and local services.
  • Introduce Foo-Kaz and explain our value proposition.
  • Identify decision-makers and generate qualified leads for our Digital Sales & Account Representatives.
  • In some cases, close sales directly over the phone.
  • Maintain and update lead records in CRM.
  • Work towards weekly and monthly call & conversion targets.


What We're Looking For

  • Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive phone presence.
  • Comfort with cold calling and handling objections.
  • High self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus.
  • Comfortable working with performance-based pay only (commission).
  • Resilient and goal-oriented — you see “no” as one step closer to “yes.”
