As we grow, we’re looking for a persuasive and target-driven Digital Telesales & Lead Generation Representative who excels at connecting with people over the phone, generating high-quality leads, and closing deals — all while thriving in a commission-based environment.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound cold calls or emails to targeted businesses in hospitality, tourism, and local services.
- Introduce Foo-Kaz and explain our value proposition.
- Identify decision-makers and generate qualified leads for our Digital Sales & Account Representatives.
- In some cases, close sales directly over the phone.
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM.
- Work towards weekly and monthly call & conversion targets.

- Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive phone presence.
- Comfort with cold calling and handling objections.
- High self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus.
- Comfortable working with performance-based pay only (commission).
- Resilient and goal-oriented — you see “no” as one step closer to “yes.”

- Pitch and sell to local businesses
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Follow up and close deals with decision-makers
- Prepare reporting for management
Must Have
- Strong communication and persuasion skills

- Comfortable with commission-only earnings
- Good English skills (spoken & written)
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B or SaaS sales
- Knowledge of travel or hospitality sectors
- Multi-language communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking
