We're a fast-growing startup focused on real insights, not algorithms. As we grow, we’re looking for a results-driven Digital Sales & Account Representative who thrives on performance and is motivated by commission-based success.


What You'll Do

  • Actively reach out to potential B2B clients (restaurants, local businesses, tour providers, etc.)
  • Pitch and sell Foo-Kaz's subscription packages (Starter, Business, Enterprise, Custom).
  • Build and manage your pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve sales materials and processes.


What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and sales skills — you can pitch value clearly and confidently.
  • High self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in Croatian (spoken and written)
  • English good (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
  • Confidence in working with performance-based income — you're driven by targets.
  • Understanding of the travel/hospitality space is helpful but not required.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or SaaS is a plus.
