As we expand across Croatia, we’re looking for a true sales closer — someone who thrives on performance, not meetings. If you love chasing leads, closing deals, and seeing your commission grow, this is your playground.  This can be either a Part-Time or a Full-Time role.


Your Mission

This is a pure sales role, not an account management position.

You’ll be the face of Foo-Kaz on the ground — visiting businesses, pitching our platform, and closing new deals.


What You'll Do

  • Actively visit local businesses (restaurants, cafés, hotels, tour providers, shops).
  • Pitch and sell Foo-Kaz’s subscription packages (Starter, Business, Enterprise, Custom).
  • Own your territory — plan, hunt, follow up, and close.
  • Manage your pipeline and hit clear, measurable targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine our sales strategy and improve conversions.

What We're Looking For

  • You’re a born salesperson, not afraid to pick up the phone or walk into a business.
  • You live for commission and see targets as motivation, not pressure.
  • You’re self-driven, confident, and can manage your time without supervision.
  • Fluent in Croatian, with solid English skills (extra languages = bonus).
  • Sales experience (especially field or direct B2B) is a huge plus — but hunger and attitude matter most.
  • Strong communication and sales skills — you can pitch value clearly and confidently.
